General Return Information:
We carry several different brands of bedding, each offering a separate return policy for their products. If at any time a question or concern may arise please do not hesitate to contact us at support@anythingbedding.com
Regardless of brand, each item returned must include a RAN, which is a return authorization number. This is for two reasons. About 80% of our items are made to order and ship directly from the warehouse where it is being made. If the item is returned directly to the warehouse without any prior contact with us, we will not be aware of the return, which will result in a delay in refunding or crediting your account. Some of our manufacturers will choose to issue their own RAN to better assist them with tracking the package; therefore we have implemented it throughout our store. In order to receive your RAN for return, simply send us an email with your order number, name, date of order and reason for the return. We will, within 24 hours, provide you with your RAN, along with any specific instructions for the return. Please be sure to place the RAN number clearly on the outside of the package, preferably in 2 different areas (not over the shipping label) using a waterproof black or blue marker.
For products that are non-defective, there may be a 15-20% restocking fee.
Each returned item must include all original packing materials, inserts and complete package contents.
Items that have been custom designed or monogrammed are not returnable.
We highly recommend you insure your return package. AnythingBedding.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Items that are returned to our corporate headquarters WILL NOT be processed and WILL be sent back to the owner at the owner’s expense.
Open Bedding Policy
Due to state health regulations, we are unable to accept some forms of OPEN bedding. Sheets, sheet sets, pillowcases, blankets and some comforters will not be accepted for return as they are considered items of a personal nature. If the item is found to be defective, we can accept it for a replacement.
There are steps you can take before opening your bedding to check for defects and/or order errors. Most bedding is packaged in a clear or semi-clear plastic with the dimensions and sizes placed somewhere on the outside of the actual bedding. Carefully inspect the bedding to ensure it is the correct color, design and/or size that was ordered BEFORE opening. If you notice any obvious defects or malfunction in the bedding, do not open it.
Return Times:
Any product eligible for return carries a 20 day money back guarantee, counting from the day it was shipped.
VERATEX Bedding Return Policy:
About 80% of our VERATEX bedding is made to order, meaning the bedding is not “stocked”, it is custom made per order. Because of this, VERATEX does not accept returns unless the product is found to be defective.
If an error occurred during the ordering process (we have made the error; color, size, etc.), we will happily correct this error.
In the event a VERATEX product needs to be returned or exchanged, please email support@anythingbedding.com with your order number, name, and reason for return to obtain your RAN.
Because our VERATEX collections are made to order, please note shipping times usually average 3-6 weeks. There are products that are stocked that will ship in 2-14 days. On each product page you will find an estimated shipping time.
THOMASVILLE Bedding Return Policy:
We offer a 20 day, money back guarantee on Thomasville bedding and bedding accessories. (EXCEPTION: Please note our open bedding policy in regards to the returning of open bedding)
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned products that are non-defective, shipping costs are not refundable.
Asian Bedding Return Policy:
We offer a 20 day, money back guarantee on all of our Asian bedding and décor. (EXCEPTION: Please note our open bedding policy in regards to the returning of open bedding.)
There is a 15-20% restocking fee on all non-defective returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Asian Bedding or décor that has been customized or monogrammed is not returnable unless defective.
We offer a number of products in our Asian Collection that ship directly from Asia and may require you to pay a customs fee upon delivery. These products are labeled “shipped from source” or “shipped directly from source.” If you have questions on which item may require you to pay a customs fee or any questions in regards to custom fees please email us at support@anythingbedding.com
At this time, we can ship only our Asian bedding overseas; however our cart is not yet accepting international transactions. If you are interested in having an item shipped overseas, orders can be manually processed. Please email us for shipping information and pricing.
GENERAL Shipping Information:
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please be sure to provide a physical address and a working contact phone in the event we need to reach you regarding your order.
Items are shipped out using various shipping methods depending on the manufacturer. For express, overnight or special shipping please email us for pricing. In most cases, products will be ground shipped using FedEx or UPS.
You will receive a tracking number along with a direct link to check your order status as soon as it becomes available to us.
Orders over $150.00 ship for free, orders under $150 will incur a shipping charge.
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WHEN SHIPPING RETURNS THAT YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. ANYTHINGBEDDING.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBILE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
